Two Convenient Document Review Platforms
Legal review with eDiscovery services is the most time-consuming and expensive part of litigation. We save you and your client money with an effective Discovery Protocol and easy to use document review software and desktop options. After working with you to establish a Discovery Protocol, we will produce the relevant, non-privileged electronic evidence in either:
- Desktop Evidence Report
- In-House Document Review Software
Other advantages include:
- Faster and Easier Discovery at a Lower Cost
- No Setup Fees
- No per GB Hosting Fees
- No Project Management Fees
- No IT involvement at your firm
Which Document Review Platform Is Right for You?
Desktop Evidence Reports
For small and medium cases, our law firm clients prefer our Desktop Evidence Reports that list key evidence from cell phones, computer files, and email accounts with links to all original source files and attachments. Our Desktop Evidence Reports apply Bates numbers with PDF versions for legal production, depositions, and trial exhibits.
In-House Document Review Software
For higher volume eDiscovery cases, our clients use our proprietary In-House Document Review Software. This application is installed on the reviewer’s local computer to increase speed, and the data is stored on the law firm’s network for enhanced data security purposes – and to eliminate monthly data-hosting fees.
Remote eDiscovery by Lawyers for Lawyers
We handle the data extraction remotely with our Remote Collection Unit. This means we will ship you our BlackBox and conduct the forensics examination remotely. Then you return the BlackBox to us using our pre-paid shipping label and box. Once complete, we provide you with an Evidence Report for easy legal review.
